Pikes make one of the world’s finest, most classic dry Rieslings in the Clare Valley: renowned as a prime location for this variety. In pursuit of natural purity and finesse, 100% free-run juice (no pressing) is used for this top-quality wine. ‘Traditionale’ is vivid, bright and aromatic, and seems to leap out of the glass with fragrant white floral and kaffir lime character. Full of citrus and lime on the palate, it is intense and concentrated, with mouth-watering acidity to keep everything in check. The lingering finish is beautifully-balanced.
