Soul N Pinot Noir 2021, Bodegas Verum

This delicate Pinot Noir was made by visionary winemaker, Elias López from vines planted in the year 2000 in Patagonia’s Alto Valle del Río Negro. At 39˚ South, the marginal climate brings about a textured wine with complex flavours: cherry, raspberry, mushroom and forest floor, alongside vanilla and baking spice. Supple, soft and juicy in texture.
