Because of the extremely low yields in 2021, as a result of severe frost damage in the spring, Alain Chavy blended the fruit from his four Premier Cru sites: Champ Gain, Les Clavoillons, Les Pucelles and Les Folatières. While yields were very low, the quality of 2021 white Burgundy is outstanding: intense in flavour, and with superb balance.
