A single-site Valpolicella from Bertani’s Tenuta Novare estate. With its transparent red hue and delicate aromas, this has much in common with fine Burgundy. Bright aromas of just-picked red cherries, wild strawberries, redcurrants and complex white pepper notes abound. Fresh and finely-balanced, it is immediately enjoyable, while promising development with cellaring.
