Sangiovese Merlot Rubicone IGT 2022, Fonte Della Vigna

Grapes, some hand harvested, are destemmed and fermented at 25°c for 10 days, on skin to enhance tanin and colour extraction. MLF is encouraged after first racking off. Wine is fined and filtered before bottling.
