Sancerre, Le Petit Broux, Cave De Sancerre

From Pinot Noir grapes grown in Sancerre’s warmer sites. Transported to the winery and pressed with limited skin contact to give a lighter style of rosé. Fermented, settled and matured in stainless steel.
