Pinot Noir Rosé 2020, Chapel Down

The majority of our Pinot Noir fruit is reserved for our sparkling wines. However the exceptional 2020 vintage gave near perfect conditions from which to produce a stunning single varietal rosé expression. Grapes were hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed before cool fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the natural fruit flavours.
