Bright ruby in colour, this elegant Pinot Noir bursts with aromas of strawberries and cherries, with a hint of tobacco. A sip reveals flavours of cherry pie, coulis and rich dark chocolate. Oak ageing has brought about a supple mouthfeel, which balances the wine’s acidity well, ending in a long and smooth finish.
