Restrained and precise nose of rose petals, cantaloupe and fresh honeycomb. Beautiful purity. In the mouth, amazing freshness for white wine that’s six years old, with good acidity and the same purity and precision of flavours on the palate as aromas on the nose. As well as rosepetal and melon, there are hints of pear, red apple, ripe muscat grapes and almond oil. Lingering finish.
