This awesome Côtes du Roussillon Villages has amplified aromas of squeezed black cherries, with just a touch of prune juice. It is vibrant, sumptuous, honest and delicious, with a wealth of fruit character and hints of cured meat and rusty nail underneath. There is fresh acidity to balance all the concentration and ripeness, bringing about a well-proportioned whole. Simply impossible not to love. What a cracking wine!
