A Descoberta Branco 2023, Casa da Passarella

An unoaked blend of Encruzado (mostly) Malvasia Fina and Verdelho that is pale, smoky and mineral on the nose. The searing acidity comes from the Encruzado, which is fleshed out by the Verdelho’s slight tropical grapefruit characteristics. This is a bright, elegant and unusual wine.
