This is an amazing white wine made from black and white grapes, with no contact between skin and juice – hence no red colour. Bright pale yellow / green colour, with aromas of red apple, pear, redcurrant and pomegranate. Lively and fresh on the palate, it is well-balanced, with a silky, long aftertaste.
