The Finca Tomillo Chardonnay comes from the high-altitude Gualtallary district of Mendoza’s Uco Valley, which is rapidly gaining a reputation for world-class white wines. It’s a rich yet refined wine, with lemon, Chinese five spice and chicken broth notes – zesty and a little savoury at the same time. Since its early days, Trapiche has made extensive forays into terroirs that offer extraordinary potential for the crafting of unique wines, following a philosophy inspired by the richness of diversity.
