The Ridge Estate Cabernet Sauvignon comes from vineyard blocks on the Monte Bello Estate whose fruit consistently produces a more accessible wine that reaches its full complexity sooner than Ridge’s iconic Monte Bello. This classic Santa Cruz Mountains wine is full of plum, black cherry and blackberry fruit, with notes of black tea, vanilla and cedar. Expect it to be enjoyable as early as two years from vintage, and evolve pleasantly for 10-15 years after that.
