Sherbet lemon notes are followed by deeply exotic honeysuckle, peach, lychee and melon aromas. The texture is gloriously, satisfyingly rounded, and there is beautiful freshness throughout. The overall balance and length on the palate are exquisite. The three co-fermented grape varieties complement each other marvellously, coming together to make a wine that could almost be Viognier. This is downright delicious.
