Crozes-Hermitage Blanc ‘Les Marelles’ 2021, Gilles Robin

This is an awesome wine, and delivers the kind of richness, complexity and thrill that you need to spend £100+ to get if you’re buying white Burgundy! It’s made in tiny quantities and we get a small allocation each year. Made from 60% Roussane and 40% Marsanne, it displays aromas of peach, ripe pear and honeysuckle. The palate is complex and textured, with peach, golden apple and just a hint of seaside tang.
