Terre More 2019 has a bright, intense and full-bodied ruby-red colour. The bouquet is elegant and complex, with fruity hints of blackberry and plum immediately apparent. Mediterranean aromas, including hints of juniper and myrtle, soon emerge. Last but not least, scents of coffee bean and liquorice appear before vanillarounds things off. The attack is utterly splendid, with silky-smooth tannins that caress the palate. Soft and fresh. The finish is long and it has afruity after-taste.

Winemaking
The grapes were carefully harvested and delivered to the cellar. Afterwards, they were de-stemmed and mashed in steel tanks. Fermentation took place at a controlled temperature. The wine was then aged in second- and third-passage French oak barriques. The subsequent bottle-ageing period enabled the wine to develop balance and fulfil every ounce of its potential.

Very elegant Cabernet
Intense concentrated small fruit berries like blackcurrants, blackberries and cranberries integrated with the influence of oak barrels to create an elegant style of freshness and intensity - not over bearing but great to sip with or without food. Very intense but not overpowering finishing with silky fresh tannins.
