Biodynamics is a form of organic farming that emphasises the interrelationship of soil fertility and plant growth, drawing on Rudolf Steiner's theories that incorporates an astrological sowing and planting calendar.
Winemaking
The blend is predominately Syrah with the addition of Mourvedre, Grenache and Zinfandel for added complexity and interest. Each varietal was individually allowed to ripen to peak maturity before an extended harvest. The blend was aged for 24 months in French oak.
