This wine is made by blending grapes of selected vineyards in the Awatere and Wairau Valleys of Marlborough. The vineyards are managed to the highest standard to ensure quality. It is medium bodied with beautifully poised red fruit and very well integrated oak flavours. The crisp acidity and fine grained tannins provide a delightfully clean long finish of considerable finesse. Serve with rabbit, veal or duck.
