From a small St. Veran plot which forms part of Christophe Thibert and his sister Sandrine’s 60-acre Burgundy estate, which includes some old-vine parcels over 85 years old. Hand harvested and subjected to minimal handling, this wine is also unfiltered. Elegantly oaked, with citrus, peach and pineapple fruit. Hints of vanilla and toast. This is a wine with a slightly creamy body to it and an impressive intensity and length. A good wine with poultry, pasta or fish in creamy sauces.
