Several vineyard plots are harvested and fermented individually, before careful blending and maturation for 10 months in French and American oak. Bright and vibrantly fruity with good concentration, enhanced by lifted spicy aromas, and subtle hints of forest floor and tapenade-like savoury notes. Drink now or keep for another 3 years. Best enjoyed with charred lamb kebabs.
